We’re seeking a highly driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to spearhead relationships with strategic partners and clients in the rapidly growing electric vehicle (EV) charging sector. As a KAM, you’ll own the full customer journey—identifying needs, tailoring world-class EV charging solutions (hardware, software, and services), and driving long-term value for some of the most impactful clients in the country. From real estate developers to fleet operators, your influence will help accelerate the UK's transition to a cleaner, smarter energy future.

🌟 What You’ll Do 🔑 Strategic Account Leadership

Build and grow relationships with key clients across commercial, public, and industrial sectors.
Understand each customer’s unique goals and provide custom EV charging solutions that exceed expectations.
Own the full sales cycle—from opportunity creation to post-sale implementation. 📈 Sales Execution & Deal Making

Lead contract negotiations with confidence and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success) to deliver outstanding results. 💡 Industry Expertise & Product Knowledge

Be the go-to expert on EV charging technology and e-mobility trends.
Educate customers on the latest hardware, SaaS platforms, and backend systems (EMS, BSS, etc.). 📊 Market Insights & Reporting

Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize your strategy.
Provide key insights to leadership on sales performance and market dynamics. ✅ What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EV charging, energy tech, or smart infrastructure.
Proven success working with municipalities, utilities, fleet operators, or automotive OEMs.
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions for EV infrastructure (EMS, EVC platforms, BSS).
A network in the UK e-mobility or clean energy ecosystem is a big plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a structured sales process. 🚗 Who You Are
