Position Overview

The Event Marketing Manager will oversee the identification, planning, and execution of strategic events to enhance brand visibility and market presence, with particular emphasis on European, Middle Eastern, African, and Asia-Pacific regions.
The role encompasses both strategic planning and hands-on management of events across diverse geographical markets, with responsibility for developing comprehensive campaigns that engage target audiences throughout the entire event lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will spearhead event strategy development for international markets while supporting demand generation objectives through carefully curated events designed to generate qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline. They will construct detailed project frameworks for events and associated initiatives, managing relationships with external vendors, event organizers, and various contractors.
Cross-functional collaboration represents a critical component, requiring the establishment of strong working relationships with teams across marketing, sales, customer success, and product development. The role involves supporting team efforts to surpass programme objectives including participant registration and attendance metrics, audience engagement levels, customer expansion, and new business opportunities.
Operational excellence in event logistics management is essential, encompassing comprehensive pre-event marketing campaigns and post-event coordination activities. The position requires leveraging cutting-edge programme technologies, materials, systems, marketing approaches, and event targeting methodologies to elevate each event's impact and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years' experience in event marketing, with preference given to those with proven success driving attendance and engagement for B2B technology company events. International event organization experience across multiple countries is essential.
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, or related disciplines. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with English language proficiency are mandatory, while fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities combined with robust project management expertise. They must show proven ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and priorities while adhering to established timelines.
Technical proficiency with productivity suites, spreadsheet applications, and related technology platforms is required. The role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual capable of independent initiative and decision-making.
