Insignis Talentis partnering with a leading multi-nationalMaritime Defence companythat delivers advanced solutions across UK naval fleets and allied navies worldwide. Their innovations spansurface, sub-surface, and unmanned platforms, making a real impact on the future ofnaval warfare.

They are now seeking aGFE Controllerto join their team on apermanentbasis at their site inBuckinghamshire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking assets critical to defence operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing thereceipt, storage, tracking, and distributionof all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
  • Ensuring GFE records areaccurately maintainedand updates are processedwithin agreed timeframes.
  • Working closely withProgramme Management and Commercial teamsto define and fulfil GFE requirements.
  • Investigating and resolvingdiscrepancies, liaising withMoD Project Teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Overseeing theGFE storeroom, ensuring all asset movements are tracked and accounted for.
  • Supportingaudits, stock checks, and inventory management, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
  • Preparing and submitting key reports, includingQuarterly D694 & Annual F32 Reportsfor theMoD.
  • Acting as theprimary point of contactfor all GFE-related matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Essential– Experience working withGovernment Furnished Equipment (GFE).
  • Ideal– Background in theDefence industry.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field is preferred, but not essential.
  • Lean Six Sigma certificationis an advantage.
