Salary: £35,000 Basic + uncapped commission (OTE £120,000)
Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:30am–5:30pm (with one day off in lieu)

The Role

As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for creating tailored kitchen and interior designs that combine aesthetics, functionality, and precision. You’ll work closely with clients to bring their vision to life, managing the process from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities



Design and present luxury kitchens and interiors using AutoCAD or similar software.

Manage projects from initial brief through to installation, including site surveys, technical drawings, and final sign-offs.

*

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are not only met but exceeded.

*

Achieve and surpass sales targets, effectively following up on all leads.

*

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, suppliers, and installers to ensure seamless project delivery.

*

Maintain a thorough understanding of premium kitchen and appliance brands to provide expert advice and recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

*

Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury kitchen or KBB design.

*

Proven sales track record (ideally £1m+ per annum).

*

Proficiency in AutoCAD; a design-related degree is advantageous.

*

In-depth knowledge of high-end kitchen furniture and appliances.

*

Highly motivated, professional, and adept at networking and relationship building.

*

Full UK driving licence required.
