Edge Careers are working on behalf of a key client who are looking to add a 'Land Surveyor' to their Technical Team. This is a Groundworks Contractor that predominantly operates within the Residential Sector.

They specialise in Roads, Sewers, Infrastructure, Bulk Earthworks and Housing Plot Groundworks.

This a great opportunity to join an established, growing business that offers an attractive package and working alongside a very experienced technical team.

For this role all applicants must hold a valid CSCS Card and a UK driving license

Duties:

  • Topographical Surveys

  • As-Built Surveys

  • Site Control, Traversing and Localisations

  • Producing 3D site models for volumetrics and machine control

  • Competant in using Leica Total Stations & GPS

  • AutoCAD

  • MS Office proficient (Excel)

  • Previous experience of producing cut & fill quantities and isopachyte drawings would be 'beneficial'

  • LSS or similar software experience would be 'beneficial'

  • Drone experience and qualifications would be 'beneficial'
