What You’ll Be Doing as a Lead Generation Executive:

  • Engaging with potential clients via phone to introduce tailored insurance products.

  • Identifying customer needs and providing the best solutions.

  • Working towards ambitious targets while delivering outstanding client service.

  • Ensuring full compliance with industry regulations (training provided).

    What we are looking for in a Lead Generation Executive:

  • A confident, consultative, and persuasive approach to sales.

  • The ability to quickly build rapport and understand client needs.

  • A track record of sales success, whether in a phone-based or face-to-face role.

  • A motivated, ambitious, and resilient mindset.
