Vacancy: LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR (MATERNITY COVER)– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Epsom, KT19

Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are recruiting for a highly organised, experienced Lettings Administrator to join an extremely successful, professional, local independent estate agent based in the Epsom, Surrey area.  Initially on a Maternity cover contract, there is a possibility that the role may become more permanent.

You must have previous experience in residential Property Lettings Administration; you will be a calm and unflappable person who can work in a pressurised environment; you will be able to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.

You will also have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both Landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way.

Skills required for this Lettings Administrator role will include:

Previous experience in Lettings Administration
High level of customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Stay calm under pressure
Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
A confident team player
Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
