Lettings Manager - Overview:

Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000
£250 per month Car Allowance
Uncapped commission

We are seeking a dynamic, driven and Hungry Lettings Manager to lead business growth through acquisition of new managed properties. The owner is not worried about Experience but wants a confident, moral and hungry individual who believes they can make a success of the role.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for growth and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This person will be focused on obtaining new lettings & managed properties.

Lettings Manager - Key Responsibilities:

Handling New Leads & Building Lasting Relationships
Reignite relationships with over 3,000 landlords in our Let-Only database
Prospect and win new landlord business through calls, follow-ups, and consistent engagement
Attend property valuations and external meetings
Conduct proactive prospecting to secure new management contracts
Manage Negotiators and assist with existing lets
Training Negotiators
Managing KPIs for the existing team

Lettings Manager - The Ideal Candidate:

Proven track record in property lettings
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, someone who gets on the phone!
Organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
CAN WORK AT SPEED – it is a very fast paced environment, we could be doing 50 deals in any given month
Someone who likes pressure
We have a company culture, and the Manager MUST be in alignment with WHO we are and the COMPANY VALUES of the OWNER

The scope for growth is massive and bear very much in mind you would essentially be running this department and gaining new business with private landlords.
You will win new business and must be professional in your approach to every aspect of the process of letting homes.
