Your Role: Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker

As a successful Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, your primary responsibility is to deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice while building strong relationships with clients introduced via trusted estate agency partners.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing tailored mortgage advice aligned with clients’ financial goals

Conducting in-depth fact-finds and affordability assessments

Managing a healthy pipeline of 2–3 mortgage completions per week

Offering expert protection advice on life cover, critical illness, and income protection

Converting high-quality leads from estate agency staff and referral channels

Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and maintaining accurate client records

Maintaining excellent client service throughout the mortgage journey

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to hit targets in a sales-driven environment

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Clean credit file and no unspent criminal convictions
