Motorhome Sales Executive – Premium Leisure Vehicles
📍 Location: DN9, Doncaster
💷 Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 basic + OTE (£40,000–£50,000+)
🕒 Hours: Full-Time, including weekends (with days off midweek)

They are now looking for a professional and personable Sales Executive to help customers find the right motorhome for their adventures.

🚗 The Role:

As a Motorhome Sales Executive, you will be the face of the business — welcoming customers to site, guiding them through the buying process, understanding their needs, and offering expert advice on specifications, layouts, and features. Your goal is to provide a tailored, high-quality experience from first visit to handover.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:



Meet and greet prospective customers in the showroom or forecourt

Understand customer lifestyle needs to recommend suitable models

*

Present vehicle features, layouts, and options with enthusiasm and clarity

*

Provide detailed quotations and guide customers through finance or part-exchange options

*

Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads

*

Liaise with the production and service teams for custom builds or post-sale care

*

Maintain showroom and display vehicles to a high standard

*

Assist at shows, events, or open weekends as required

✅ Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in motorhome, caravan, or automotive sales

*

A genuine interest in leisure vehicles and customer lifestyles

*

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

*

Confident, persuasive, and consultative approach to selling

*

Driven by customer satisfaction, not hard pressure sales

*

Organised and IT literate (CRM systems, MS Office)

*

Full UK driving licence

🎯 Desirable:

Knowledge of motorhome layouts, types (A-Class, Coachbuilt, Van Conversions), and key features

*

Experience working in a dealership, showroom, or manufacturer sales environment

*

Understanding of finance packages or vehicle part-exchange processes
