Network Support Engineer – Near Luton – £45,000–£55,000 – Start ASAP

Are you a 2nd Line Network Support Engineer with proven experience in Aruba technologies? Do you enjoy getting stuck into complex issues and ensuring critical networks stay secure, stable, and efficient? If so, this role could be the perfect next step for you.

My client, a well-established technology-focused business based near Luton, is looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer to join their team. You’ll be working across Aruba wired and wireless solutions, including ClearPass, so strong hands-on expertise in these technologies is a must.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 2nd line support across Aruba networking technologies (wired, wireless & ClearPass).

  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network incidents quickly and effectively.

  • Working closely with the wider IT team to ensure uptime, performance, and security across all environments.

  • Supporting project delivery and network upgrades where required.

  • Acting as the go-to for Aruba-related expertise within the team.

    What we’re looking for:

  • Solid background in network support at 2nd line level.

  • Hands-on experience with Aruba wired and wireless infrastructure.

  • Proven knowledge of ClearPass (essential).

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and a proactive, can-do approach.
