Breeder Engagement Specialist – Part-Time (£14/hour, 18 hrs/week)

About the Role

Are you confident, friendly, and persuasive on the phone?  Our client is looking for a Breeder Engagement Specialist to help dog breeders across the UK sell their puppies faster and more efficiently.

In this role, you'll be reaching out to breeders who are already active on the company’s platform.

Your goal? Build quick rapport, guide them through our website, and recommend products that can help them find the right homes for their puppies – fast.

If you're great at turning a “no thanks” into a “tell me more,” we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to breeders listed on the online platform
Use a friendly, conversational script to present our services and offers.
Handle objections with confidence, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Record call outcomes and performance data in a simple CRM or spreadsheet.
Support breeders in making the most of their listings on our platform.
What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken English and a warm, engaging phone presence.
Confident handling rejections and steering conversations without sounding pushy.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for making calls.
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Bonus Points For

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
A personal interest in pets or knowledge of dog breeding.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or basic tools like Google Sheets.
