We are currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join our Personal Injury Department in our Liverpool office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
This particular role requires an individual with experience of running a caseload of MOJ Portal, pre and post-litigation personal injury files up to a value of £25,000.00.
The role is within the Complex Personal Injury Team, and you will be working individually with a high attention to detail but also as part of a team. The caseload will contain complex injuries up to a value of £25K as well as liability admitted and disputed cases.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Manage a caseload of complex personal injury claims up to the value of £25,000
  • General call queries/answering the team loop (Claimant and Third Party)
  • Instructing medical experts and reviewing medical evidence
  • Reviewing Claimant’s losses and vehicle related Losses
  • Assessing liability and prospects of the case
  • Drafting witness statements on behalf of the Claimant
  • Attending Conferences with Counsel
  • Gather evidence in support of our client’s losses.
  • Produce loss of earnings calculations from wage slips and tax returns
  • Updating clients and ensuring good strong professional relationships are built
    About You:
  • A dedicated personable individual with a good work ethic who is keen to progress and contribute to the team.
  • Previous experience with personal injury MOJ claims and disputed RTA claims essential
  • Knowledge of Proclaim advantageous
  • Good organisational skills
  • An ability to be able to prioritise work
  • An ability to work to deadlines and the demands of the team
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
