Package: £67,500 basic | £90,000+ OTE | Executive company vehicle
Hours: 5-day working week across Monday–Saturday (08:30 – 18:00)

We are seeking an accomplished General Sales Manager with the presence, commercial acumen, and leadership finesse to take the helm of a thriving sales operation within a premium retail environment. This is a career-defining appointment for a results-driven individual with a passion for excellence, a command of the luxury customer experience, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.

The Opportunity

You will assume full strategic and operational responsibility for a high-volume sales department, encompassing both new and used vehicles, with an annual turnover exceeding 1,200 units.

Leading an established team of Sales Executives, Business Managers, and Sales Support professionals, your focus will be on driving sustained commercial growth, delivering a truly exceptional client journey, and cultivating a culture of performance, precision, and pride.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Achieving and surpassing vehicle sales, F&I, and profitability targets

  • Inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-calibre team to peak performance

  • Ensuring operational excellence across stock management, budgeting, and showroom standards

  • Embodying and promoting the values of a premium automotive brand at every customer touchpoint

  • Contributing to the wider leadership team on group strategy and business development

    This is a visible, hands-on role suited to an individual with both gravitas and genuine drive.

    About You

    You will be a confident, polished leader with a proven track record in high-end automotive sales management. Your leadership style will balance commercial rigour with emotional intelligence, and your commitment to delivering first-class service will be second to none.

    You will bring:

  • Substantial experience in a senior automotive sales management role

  • A history of delivering consistent results within a premium or prestige environment

  • A refined understanding of luxury customer expectations

  • Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and organisational skills

  • Financial fluency and an analytical mindset
