On offer is the opportunity to join a leading scientific consultancy business, established for nearly 20 years, ISO accredited, be part of close-knit team in the aerial surveys, providing conservation statistical analysis and research for clients while working with partners across the globe.

In this role you will oversee a specialised team, liaise with clients, manage projects from cradle to completion, manage change, ensure projects are delivered on time and multiple reporting processes are adhered to.

The ideal candidate is a consultant or principal consultant, has line management experience, has high degree in relevant field, has managed changing requirements, had to work in a highly organised environment while managing multiple stakeholders and changing timelines.

The Role:

  • Client liaison and support;
  • Project scheduling and ensuring delivery to time;
  • Inputting to the development and delivery of internal research and development projects;
  • Co-ordinating and managing input from the Consultancy Team (ecological consultants and data scientists);
  • Line management of team members;

The Person:

  • Demonstrable relevant experience of impact assessments (EIA/HRA) for offshore renewables development;
  • Project management experience, with knowledge of the full project lifecycle;
  • Stakeholder communications, through meetings, workshops and events; and
  • Excellent knowledge of marine ecology, particularly ornithology
