PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Location: Hybrid (covering Redhill, Reigate, Crawley)

Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are seeking a highly organised, experienced Residential Property Manager who is looking to forge a career within a long-established, highly professional, local independent estate agent based in Reigate.

You will have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way. You will need to be highly organised, work well under pressure and be able to multi-task effectively.

Skills required for this Property Manager role will include:

Experience in Property Management
An understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures

A superb, professional telephone manner
Have outstanding organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
