Job Title: Recruitment Sales Executive (Permanent Construction Division)

Location: NG15 0DT

Salary: £25-27k with uncapped performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Build and manage a robust pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their hiring needs, wants and desires.
Collaborate with other divisions within the business.
Grow your own desk, market share and knowledge by networking with candidates and client.
Consistently hit and surpass KPIs, celebrating wins and learning from challenges
