Pin Point Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join a dynamic and fast-growing organisation, recognised as a leader in their sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded sales professional to play a key role in driving growth across both B2B and B2C channels

As an Inside Internal Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the complete sales process from initial contact through to aftersales support, working primarily via phone, email, and CRM. You'll be engaging warm leads, identifying new opportunities, and providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Internal Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound and assigned leads to generate sales opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients through phone and email communication

  • Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve targets

  • Accurately manage orders and customer data through the CRM system

  • Coordinate with operations for timely order fulfilment and delivery

  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Commercial awareness with a problem-solving mindset
