Job role:



Our client is eager to hire retailing talent to their business initially in the capacity of a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant.

You are often commented upon from those you have previously served as to your warmth and in-store professionalism coupled with your natural listening ear able to identify needs from which sales abundance is the consequence.

*

Curious as to the merchandise that you’ve sold to-date you are ever eager to absorb product details in order that this knowledge can translate into generating the most appropriate future shop floor sales.

*

You enjoy striving to meet store targets and likewise get a lot from being part of a dynamic in-store retail sales team.

*

Inwardly you have the confidence to present fine merchandise, offer freely industry style & trend advice and be able to react with empathy to each customer purchasing enquiry.

*

Importantly to this business creating a memorable luxurious shopping experience is their ‘bricks & mortar ‘ retail challenge so as a Sales Consultant you are supported & trained to become as consultative & as customer centric as one can be.

Within each store setting every effort is made to create an environment where clients feel valued & appreciated all employees must ensure they themselves are appropriately attired and presented to similarly reflect these corporate standards.

Requirements:

Be helpful to have already 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in the jewellery trade used to achieving and surpassing sales targets.

*

Inner confidence to be able to liaise with high-end clientele would be advantageous.

*

Not be phased by problem solving and keen to identify possible solutions & be eager to learn new software & systems quickly

*

Revel in being part of a team -be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of this role alongside possessing a confident telephone manner.

*

Have been recognised for your in-store efficiencies - attention to detail and your keen eye for aesthetics.

*

You’re used to working in a professional environment where the customer comes first and your determination to make a real difference has won you much past commendation.

*

Sharing our client’s passion for luxury products would be a further great asset to have.
