Certain Advantage is hiring for a Sales Executive based in Stockport. The role is on a permanent basis on a hybrid basis.

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Executive to join their existing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills and are money motivated this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Insight Sharing: Partner with the Head of Department and Direct Sales Team to disseminate best practices, share insights about our Partners' client base, and address the distinct needs of each customer segment.
Outbound Engagement: Initiate both written and verbal communications with potential customers who have requested further details about the client services, qualifying these leads and guiding them towards conversion.
Inbound Lead Management: Handle incoming enquiries by providing expert advice and tailored guidance to prospective clients, with a focus on converting these contacts into confirmed customers.
Consultative Selling: Build rapport with clients through consultative selling, adeptly addressing queries and objections while understanding customer needs to enhance conversion rates.
Warm Lead Conversion: Conduct outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in our products.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed the sales targets set on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
CRM Maintenance: Ensure that all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system.

£24,000 Basic OTE £47,000. Hybrid working available after period of training.

The Individual

Demonstrated success in a comparable sales role, ideally within a B2C setting.
Previous experience in Estate Agency or Legal environments is advantageous but not essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with customers over the phone and remotely.
Strong persuasive and negotiation capabilities.
Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools. Applicants would need to be able to pass a DBS and Financial background checks prior to starting.
