We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generator to join our sales team. The Lead Generator will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation establishments.
  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to initiate contact with prospects.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities to the sales manager.
    Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar lead generation or sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Motivated and target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Job Specifics & Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm (No weekends or Bank Holidays)
  • Office based in Frogmore, St Albans
