Role: Sales Manager (MICE and Elite Sports)
Location: Richmond upon Thames
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to Up to £45,000 p.a.

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving business growth in the MICE sector as well as elite sports? We are seeking a Proactive Sales Manager for a client we are working in partnership with in the Richmond upon Thames area

Package

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 p.a. depending on experience

Sales Manager (MICE and Elite Sports) responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE and elite sports sectors to achieve sales targets.
Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, event organisers, and sports teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that meet client needs and enhance our service offerings.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
Create comprehensive business plans that align with organisational goals and drive revenue growth.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for senior management review.Desired qualifications & skills:

3-5 years of experience in a similar sales management role within hospitality or leisure industry
A demonstrable network of corporate bookers, and event agency contacts
Excellent knowledge of the local market is essential, must be a car driver
Exceptional negotiation skills with a persuasive communication style.
A passion for sports is highly desirablePlease only applicants with London Sales Management will be considered and right to work in the UK
