I'm working with an established recruitment agency to find a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their Maidstone office.
You'll join a high-performing construction recruitment team, with the flexibility to specialise in temp or perm, blue collar or white collar-whatever plays to your strengths.

What You'll Be Doing
Dealing with key clients
Taking the next step towards management
Sourcing and engaging talent
Managing the full recruitment cycle
Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
Developing new business & maximising existing client partnerships
Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth placements
Hitting (and exceeding) sales targets
What You Need to Succeed
2+ years of recruitment experience
Eligibility to work in the UK (no restrictions)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Commercially minded, sales-driven, and hungry for success
Organised, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
A confident relationship builder with a growth mindset
