Responsibilities:

Scope, design, upgrade and implement new customisations in IFS ERP requested by internal Maintain and develop existing ERP customisations including integrated 3rd party systems. Provide documentation, technical support, and ad-hoc training to users for internally developed Work with system users to define report requirements; deliver reports using most appropriate Analytical and Change Control Provide consistently high quality and professional customer service to the Business in all areas of IT. Monitoring and updating the IT service desk system; prioritizing and following-up calls and ensuring that users are supported in a timely and effective manner. Supporting other team members to resolve issues and training junior staff. Troubleshooting: diagnosing and testing issues raised concerning all hardware and software and escalating calls to appropriate individuals. Produce and maintain concise documentation on systems and procedures for the benefit of the IT team. Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Provide technical and functional support on standard applications and software and support for all products/ equipment on the current approved list.

Experience needed:

Strong Oracle PL/SQL development skills

IFS Apps 9/10 - IFS Data Migration, IFS Connect, Custom Menus, Custom Fields, and Custom Events. Experience in IFS ERP system implementation, development. Experience of ERP system integration. IFS Lobby development. Experience with Crystal software. Technical Troubleshooting. Share
