Price high profile projects at a price that ensures a high win rate and profitability for the company
Be the numbers/pricing expert and assist the Project Director to produce competitive tenders for high profile clients
Find the balance in the team where great pricing meets fantastic design 
Run multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail Ideal Candidate: 

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, preferably in office fit-outs.
Priced multiple projects up to £10 million.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
