Join our #OneBlueFamily as a field based Senior National Account Manager to develop strategic relationships with public sector clients across the UK. Your role will be to increase our market share, drive growth and generate new business.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Senior National Account Manager include:

Develop and implement sales strategies to target and secure contracts with public sector clients including local and central government, NHS, Education, councils and other nonprofit organisations
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and building relationships with decision-makers within the public sector
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and public sector entities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that solutions are aligned with their specific requirements
With support from the dedicated Bid Team, respond to Request for Proposals, Invitations to Tender and other public sector bidding processes
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals that meet the technical, financial, and regulatory requirements of public sector clients.
Stay informed of trends, changes, and updates in the public sector market, including regulatory changes and budget cycles
Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations
Lead negotiations on pricing and contracts
Oversee the execution of contracts and ensure all requirements are met for successful project delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline progress
Provide regular reports and forecasts to management on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges

About you:

You'll have experience working within the recruitment industry and a proven track record of success within a business development role focusing on growing revenues within the public sector.

Field based working from home role with travel across the whole of UK as required for meetings so a full driver's licence will be required
