The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will specialize inMechanical Design Recruitmentwithin the Future Mobility sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and engaging top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients in theelectric vehicles, eVTOL, UAV, and drone industries.
  • Identify, engage, and place top-tierMechanical Design Engineersand technical specialists.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to provide expert market insights.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand our client base across Europe.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, high-performing team in a results-driven environment.
