Do you currently manage a Temps desk? Are you seeking a role that will highly reward your efforts?

We are searching for successful recruiters that have a ‘desire’ to earn more money and take their career to the next level within their chosen field of expertise.

The Role
-Full 360 position covering the full recruitment process
-Build a strong network of candidates within your industry sector
-Conduct in depth client briefings to understand company recruitment needs and culture
-Source, advertise, and recruit top talent
-Build strong client relationships
-Identify and generate new business opportunities
-Generate new business
-Drive consistent sales activity (calls and meetings)
The Candidate
-Proven success as a temps consultant
-Successful track record of consistent annual billings
-Motivated, ambitious, and career-focused
-Excellent communication, grammar, and numerical skills
-Confident, persuasive, and relationship-oriented
-Resilient with a “can-do” attitude
-Own transport required
