We're seeking a Technical Manager to lead our Simulation and Control team, working on advanced projects in industries such as Aerospace, eVTOL, and Marine. You'll combine hands-on technical work with strategic leadership, driving innovation in areas like:

Landing gear systems modelling and design
Hydraulic system and equipment design
Electro-mechanical actuator control and design
Flight dynamics and stability modelling
Motor and flight control systems
Marine vessel auto-pilot and hover function designKey Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technical projects in simulation and control.
Oversee development of models and analyses across diverse systems.
Collaborate with other leaders to align resources and drive innovation.
Manage and grow the team, fostering skill development.Requirements:

Experience in simulation and control.
Expertise in technical areas like flight dynamics, motor control, and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with tools like Matlab/Simulink, ADAMS, and Amesim.
SC clearance or eligibility.Location: Bristol with flexible working options.
Salary: £60,000+ plus benefits
