About the Role
Rhodium Consulting and delighted to be working with a UK marketing leading retailer who are looking for an energetic and inspiring Store Manager who thrives on leading a team to success. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our store, making sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day while creating an environment where both customers and colleagues feel valued.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead with confidence: Manage and motivate a close-knit team of 3, bringing out the best in every individual.
• Drive results: Inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently hitting (and surpassing) sales targets.
• Make an impact: Provide honest, knowledgeable advice to customers—helping them find the right solutions and making their shopping experience simple and enjoyable.
• Be hands-on: Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring the store is performing at its best.

• A proven track record in leading and motivating small teams.
• Previous management experience in retail or field sales (ideally with hard goods).
• Success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• A natural ability to inspire and energize your team.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Practical knowledge of our product range (or eagerness to learn).
• Strong accuracy, numeracy, and computer skills.
• A growth mindset—you’re committed to developing yourself and helping your team succeed.
