Dynamic Survey, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual with field survey knowledge and experience for small to large scale commercial, residential and private sector projects.

The Project Manager will maintain presence and leadership through the regions where we do business through involvement in civic, professional and business organizations. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring and developing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Boundary, Title and ALTA Surveys
  • Aerial and Topographic Surveys Utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes
  • Construction Layout
  • Right-of-Way Surveys
  • Utility Surveys
  • Wetland Location Surveys
  • Prepare Proposals
  • Client management and overall satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, require minimal supervision and a good communicator.
  • Ability to manage field crews and survey technicians.
  • Minimum (8) years’ experience.
  • Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling, field procedures, boundary analysis and resolution.
  • Manage projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particulary early mornings.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.
  • Familiar with CIVIL3D and Land Development Desktop.
  • Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry.
  • Strong technical background.
  • The ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Independent and critical thinking abilities.
