Market 36 Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sustainability Analyst on behalf of our client based in Braintree, on a permanent basis.

You will play a key role in tracking, reporting and promoting the client’s sustainability efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with Data, collaborating across teams, and ensuring that sustainability goals are met with integrity and accuracy.

Main responsibilities will be collecting, analysing and presenting sustainability data to keep the company aligned with global sustainability standards and best practice.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly reports on clients performance for senior management team

  • Developing an annual sustainability report and carbon footprint analysis for internal and external use.

  • Managing sustainability and recycling test result data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Supporting external audits by providing well-organised, accurate data.

  • Creating materials for bis and presentations

  • Staying informed about sustainability trends, standards and compliance requirements to keep the client forefront of the industry.

    Experience, Education & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Experience working with data, reporting and performance tracking

  • Confidence Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and business reporting systems

  • A good understanding of sustainability concepts, including recycling, carbon footprints and ESG principles.

  • The ability to communicate complex sustainability information clearly and persuasively.

    Benefits

  • Salary up to £35,000 per annum. (depending on experience)

  • Full-time, office-based role with stable working hours, Mon – Fri, (Apply online only)
