TEKEVER Defence is responsible for the development and delivery of TEKEVER’s offering to the defence market, with a core focus to deliver innovative, battle winning capabilities to NATO defence partners.

Job Overview:

The Business Unit works end to end in the capability cycle –from the identification of
critical gaps in defence capabilities, through to design and rapid prototyping, into
production, training, and delivery

Supported by exceptional capabilities within the TEKEVER Group, this cross
functional model is essential at enabling TEKEVER to rapidly respond to customer
requirements in an ever-changing global security environment.

As part of a major expansion across the UK, TEKEVER are seeking a number of
high skilled engineers across a range of disciplines

-Systems
-Aeronautical and Aerospace
-Mechanical
-Electrical
-Robotics
-Payload (RF/EW)

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Work on a wide range of cutting-edge engineering projects, from the integration of new payloads onto existing systems through to the development of new aircraft concepts
  • Participate in the design, development, testing and deployment of new concepts, systems and products to bring battle winning capabilities that meet the evolving needs of defence customers
  • Analyse complex technical issues and collaborate across multiple stakeholders to identify viable solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test plans and user manuals Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements across engineering teams 
  • Provide technical advice and guidance across the Defence Business Unit

Profile and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
  • Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in  English, with proven fluency at the C2 level
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies
  • An interest in the defence and/or aviation industries
  • Must be eligible to hold SC clearance and willing to undergo the vetting process.
  • Work authorisation in the UK is required.
  • Availability to Office working for a minimum of 3 days a week at our TEKEVER Defence sites in Bath and the South West is essential.
