About Skyports Founded in 2018, Skyports is an Advanced Air Mobility company developing and operating landing infrastructure for the electric air taxi revolution, as well as using drones for a variety of business requirements.

We are active in the rural deliveries, survey, surveillance and maritime verticals.Skyports Infrastructure where we play a critical role in the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem; designing, building, owning, and operating vertiports that enable eVTOL operators to take off and land in and around cities across the world.We are positioned in a new industry where it has never been a more exciting time to be at the forefront of a modern, high-growth organisation.We are seeking a talent acquisition partner to help us achieve our next stage of growth. We have an ambitious roadmap ahead of us and an equally ambitious headcount growth plan. You will be responsible for the following:Talent Sourcing:Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Recruitment Process Management:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and pre-employment checks.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and improve processes.Employer Branding:Promote Skyports as an employer of choice across our industry sectors.Create engaging content for social media and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.Collaboration:Work closely with the wider People team to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives and company culture.Participate in workforce planning and talent management initiatives.The ideal person for this position will have the following:QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.ExperienceWorked within a professional industry and will have a good understanding of the recruitment market.Proficient with a range of ATS and HRISExcellent MS Office skillsDemonstratable experience of working within a similar role, achieving recruitment targets and delivering on company talent acquisition requirements.AttributesIs able to demonstrate work related experience to solving complex problems and taking initiative.Proficient at creating well-structured word documents and presentations.Excellent communication skills are essential. You will be working in a team that moves fast and decisions need to be communicated efficiently, effectively and with direction.The ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.We work on the basis of trust and partnership here at Skyports.
