This well respected Recruitment Process Outsource Company (RPO) has worked with this global insurance company for many years and due to growth and demand in the business we are now looking for an another Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Business Partner to support permanent and FTC hires in the business.

The Internal Recruiter will play a key role in managing and sourcing permanent and FTC employees for the end client and help deliver a quality led candidate experience. The majority of the positions you will support hiring on will tend to sit in the Technology / Transformation divisions of the business (so it would be a strong advantage if you have good experience of recruiting in the tech space)

Internal Recruiter Responsibilities:

Forge deep connections with hiring managers, gaining profound insights into their needs to craft captivating job adverts.

Drive the recruitment process from application management to candidate engagement, ensuring a seamless journey for all involved.

Devise ingenious sourcing strategies to unearth top-tier talent.

Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor activity and staying abreast of industry trends.

Harness the power of data to optimize operations and fuel continuous improvement.

Cultivate partnerships with external agencies, leveraging their expertise when needed.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience of recruiting (Agency, RPO or In House) in the Insurance markets would be a strong advantage to the position

Experience of hiring in the technology / change space would be an advantage to this position.

Ability to source both active and passive candidates, uncovering hidden gems in the talent pool.

Communicate with finesse, both verbally and in writing, showcasing your persuasive prowess.

Embrace challenges with a proactive spirit, armed with impeccable problem-solving skills.

Excel as a team player, embodying a consultative approach and an entrepreneurial mindset
