The sky, which had started out with such verve and spirit first thing this morning, is now beginning to lose its concentration and slip back into its normal English condition, that of a damp and rancid dishcloth. No matter the weathers effect on your mood, another English tradition will always put that right.

The Full English Breakfast. Yes, it deserves capitals.

Life without crispy bacon, fried egg, grilled tomatoes, fat pork sausages and black pudding etc., is a life not worth living. A protein shake, a bowl of muesli or avocado on toast are the enemy of everything good and decent in the human spirit.

That’s what this business is all about – quality food fit for the finest of Full English Breakfast’s. With a history stretching back over 60 years, this organisation is now the world’s market leader across its product portfolio for the food production sector. They are a company that consistently delivers high quality products and service levels with an excellent reputation with their customers, who supply major retailers across the UK.

    What You Will Do:

  • You will play an integral role as part of a small, yet highly productive team, establishing strong working relationships with customers, as well as UK and international colleagues.

  • Travelling extensively from a home base in the UK you will be responsible for an account portfolio which includes some ‘house-hold name’, food production manufacturers.

  • Providing technical support – especially regarding production issues – you will be key in maintaining and developing customer relationships and developing the business.

  • Through a planned programme of contact/site visits and by responding promptly when issues emerge, you will build strong partnerships with your clients.

    What You Will Have:

  • Solid technical background, ideally within food and/or packaging

  • Strong interpersonal skills, being both persuasive and assertive

  • Methodical and logical with an ability to provide solutions

  • Strong mathematic, written English and IT skills, demonstrable experience of Microsoft applications

  • Highly organised, disciplined, and able to maintain high standards while unsupervised

  • In possession of a strong work and flexible travel ethic

Colleagues enjoy working in a growing, fast paced, and challenging environment. They embrace change as being constant and work together to ensure the continued success and growth of the business in UK and Ireland. You will be joining a global business who focus on creating long-term value for customers and employees through a passionate dedication to excellence and a comprehensive people development program. This drives a sustained competitive advantage in a dynamic global market. They achieve success by developing industry-leading technology, investing globally, and delivering results for customers and creating career opportunities and development for colleagues.

    Get in Touch:

The best part of this is, if you are successful in getting the job, we guarantee that you are going to love it. Why? For every 100 people we recruit, 96% are still with their company 12-months later, and 94% are still there 2-years later. That speaks for itself.

Want to be a part of this? Of course, you do! If you have the entrepreneurial spirit and passion this position requires then get in touch now before the deadline expires.

How to Find Hidden UAV Jobs in the UK Using Professional Bodies like IMechE, RAeS & More

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones, are transforming industries in the UK—from surveying, inspection, and agriculture to emergency services, logistics, and defence. As the sector evolves, so too does the demand for skilled UAV professionals: pilots, systems engineers, data analysts, AI specialists, and regulatory experts. Yet many of the best UAV jobs—especially in R&D, government contracts, and specialist commercial operations—are never advertised publicly. They’re often filled through trusted networks, working group referrals, pilot programmes, and specialist community engagement. In this guide, you’ll discover how to access hidden UAV jobs in the UK by engaging with professional bodies like the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), APRIL (UK), and regional drone networks. You’ll learn how to use directories, CPD events, special interest groups (SIGs), and industry clusters to position yourself at the forefront of opportunity—before roles are even published.

How to Get a Better UAV Job After a Lay-Off or Redundancy

Being made redundant from a role in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drone technology can be disheartening—especially in such a cutting-edge and evolving sector. But with the growing adoption of UAVs in defence, surveying, logistics, agriculture, inspection, and emergency response, your skills remain in demand. Whether you're a drone pilot, UAV systems engineer, geospatial analyst, flight software developer, or mechanical integrator, this guide will help you bounce back stronger after redundancy.

UAV Jobs Salary Calculator 2025: Work Out Your True Worth in Seconds

Why last year’s pay survey already misleads UK drone professionals Ask a BVLOS Pilot stitching flight plans over the Irish Sea, a Drone Data Analyst crunching multispectral crop imagery, or an Avionics Engineer debugging quad‑rotor ESCs at midnight: “Am I earning what I deserve?” The honest answer drifts faster than a geofence breach. Since early 2024 the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) introduced sandbox corridors for beyond‑visual‑line‑of‑sight operations, Network Rail signed a multi‑million‑pound inspection contract, & the UK’s Future Flight Challenge pumped an extra £105 million into autonomous‑air‑mobility trials. Each shock nudges salary bands. A salary guide printed in 2024 is already a fossil — blind to the surge in middle‑mile drone logistics, the Highlands’ offshore wind survey boom, or the police drones standard now mandating dual‑thermal payloads. To replace guesswork with evidence, UAVJobs.co.uk has distilled a transparent three‑factor formula. Plug in your discipline, UK region & seniority; you’ll see a realistic 2025 baseline — no stale averages, no fuzzy “competitive” labels. This article unpacks the formula, spotlights six forces inflating UAV pay, & sets out five practical moves to boost your market value inside ninety days.
