Dynamite Recruitment are assisting in the recruit of a Trainee Financial Sales Advisor to join a very successful Mortgage and Protection Advice firm! This is a fantastic entry point into the financial services industry, offering full training and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in protection advice.

This is a great opportunity if you are money motivated and wanting to build a longstanding and respected career 

You’ll be speaking to clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing guidance on a range of protection products including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.

If you have a passion for helping people & earning money with at least 6 months’ experience in sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound calls with potential clients.
Engage customers in conversations to identify their protection needs.
Offer suitable protection products based on individual requirements.
Guide customers through the application process with clarity and care.
Consistently meet or exceed sales and service targets.
Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems.
Participate in training and development sessions to build knowledge and skills. Required Experience:
Minimum 6 months sales experience in any industry (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Passion for success Desirable Experience:
12+ months of sales experience.
Previous experience in a telephony-based role.
