***Exciting UAV Technician Opportunity with Deployment***


We are seeking a hands-on UAV Maintenance Technician to join a growing technical operations team. This role involves the maintenance, integration, and field support of advanced UAV systems across a variety of operational scenarios, including demanding or remote environments across the UK, Europe and beyond.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform UAV system modifications, hardware integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Conduct installations and maintenance at client and field locations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new systems and technologies
  • Provide technical training and develop documentation for end users
  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support, including in high-tempo or austere environments


Candidate Profile:


Required:


  • Technical experience in UAV systems or manned aircraft, avionics, electronics, or mechanical engineering
  • Proven hands-on experience with UAV integration and modifications
  • Strong fault-finding, repair, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable operating in remote or challenging environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level); additional languages (e.g., Portuguese) are a plus
  • Technical degree or recognised qualification in UAV systems, electronics, avionics, or related field
  • Previous experience in field service or technical support, ideally within aerospace or high-reliability sectors


Desirable:


  • Additional UAV or safety-related certifications
  • Experience in military, aviation, or high-assurance maintenance in operational settings
  • Eligibility and willingness to undergo UK SC (Security Clearance) vetting
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
