The Role We are seeking expressionsof interest for a proactive and experienced Remote Pilots. Inthis role, you will be responsible for UAV flight operations, allwhile promoting our core values of people, safety, quality andinnovation. Additionally, you will support the implementation ofAUAV training and initiatives, ensuring a culture of continuousimprovement and compliance within our Company. This role is open tobe based at either our Aberdeen or Grangemouth location Duties andResponsibilities As a Remote Pilot, your responsibilities willinclude, but are not limited to: - Ensure that operations areconducted in compliance with the CAA regulations and AUAVoperational authority. - Carry out UAV operations in accordancewith mission flight plan. - Maintaining the UAV’s in the field -Completion of all relevant flight documentation. - Data capture andfield validation. - Ensure all work scope are carried out inaccordance with the method statements and job risk assessments. -Stay up to date on all operational and safety procedures. - Supportthe Senior Remote Pilot & Chief Remote Pilot in their roles. -Comply with other duties and assignments as determined by theOperations team. Qualifications The successful candidate will havethe following: - UK remote pilot licence. A2CoFC / GVC. - ASMEPlant Inspector 1 (desirable). - BOSIET - MIST - OGUK OffshoreMedical Experiences The successful candidate will have thefollowing: - Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.- Minimum 2 Years’ UAV experience. - Minimum 1 years’ Oil & Gasexperience. - Minimum 1 Years’ Visual Inspection experience(desirable) - Minimum 1 years’ Surveying/photogrammetry experience(desirable). - Minimum 1 years’ Renewable Energy experience(desirable). - Experience in computer-based technology andcommercially available reporting software. - A good knowledge ofClient/HSE requirements for NDT inspection, procedures, riskassessments, and COSHH. Technical Knowledge - Good knowledge of UAVOperations and procedures. - Experience in drone data captureincluding the DJI fleet. - Experience in data capture for 3Dphotogrammetry. - Experience in terrestrial laser scanning. - Useof the Elios and DI Scout UAV for internal inspections. -Qualifications in asset inspection.
