Now, they’re looking for a Growth UX/UI Product Designer to lead the optimisation of their website and digital experience—turning insights into beautifully designed, high-performing user journeys.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the digital experience – Lead the design of best-in-class ecommerce flows, landing pages, and narratives that enhance conversion and engagement.

  • Champion user insight – Gather and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data through usability testing, user interviews, and analytics tools to deeply understand customer needs.

  • Blend data with creativity – Create designs that are not only visually stunning but also commercially effective, improving conversion rates, AOV, and engagement.

  • Move fast and iterate – Drive a test, learn, and optimise approach, launching designs quickly and continuously refining based on performance data.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with Growth, Creative, and Development teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in ecommerce or premium consumer brands.

  • Proven track record of designing high-performing digital experiences, with measurable impact on conversion rates, revenue, or engagement.

  • Strong expertise in CRO principles, user psychology, and persuasive design.

  • Ability to turn insights into action—comfortable using Figma, analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms to create and optimise experiences.

  • A strategic mindset with a problem-solving approach, capable of working through complex design challenges with stakeholders.

  • Passion for creating visually stunning, high-end experiences that align with a premium brand identity.

  • An impressive portfolio is essential. Applications without a portfolio showcasing relevant work cannot be considered.
