Role Snapshot: Claims Third Party Assistance Handler – Motor (TPA)

If you have never worked in a Claims department before then you are in for a treat, there's nothing like it. As a Claims TPA Handler you get to support customers when they need us most, from small bumps to major accidents. You make a difference from day one, putting customer needs first and helping them get back on the road and on with their lives as quickly as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be calling Non-fault third parties to offer our services, negotiate their uptake, and communicate the key benefits of choosing us. Provide a first-class service, displaying compassion and empathy when our customers need us most. Work with colleagues, departments, suppliers and third parties to complete interesting investigations. Managing costs and negotiating where needed to ensure fair, efficient outcomes. Make a difference, whether this is through speaking to customers or making the workplace an even better place to be.

No Prior Claims Experience? No Problem!
