  What will do you do as the Head of Operations?
  
• Oversee the entire operations function from warehouse to supplier onboarding, managing performance, cost and efficiency
  
• Manage multi-channel fulfilment across ecommerce platforms
  
• Owns P&L accountability across supply chain, fulfilment and operations-related spend
  
• Manage 3 team members
  
• Analyse quantitative data and qualitative context to lead and execute business strategies
  What do you need to be as Head of Operations?
  
• Worked within a startup business with T/O >£1M
  
• Experience managing a full P&L within an Operational role
  
• Managed a small team
  
• Worked for an ecommerce first business, within Wholesale or Retail
  
• Happy to be based in the office 5 days a week
