We are currently recruiting a warehouse operations controller to join our busy logistics team in Hucknall. You will be responsible for approximately 20 warehouse staff. You must have previous logistics experience and willingness to learn. You must prioritise your workload and have fantastic communication skills.

You will be responsible for maintaining standards of health and safety within the warehouse
Carry out walk rounds of site visuals
Ensure a collaborative approach with customers , identifying requirements for issues to be raised and escalated
Achieve and Surpass quality SLA's , carrying out checks
Looking at trends and taking action
Monitor spend on overtimes, stationary and uniform
Maintain an optimal level of resource levels and operational efficiency
Ensure a understanding of contractual KPI's
Take ownership of system control and ensure robust comms to the customers
Monitor performance and progress of the site team
Ensure thorough cross training plans are in place
