Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud OTL and Absence modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for OTL and Absence area. Your role As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management for the UK public sector. You'll need a deep understanding of OTL Processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector. You'll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance. ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically focusing on Absence, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules for UK clients. Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK OTL and Absence processes. Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sector. Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader. Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to OTL, Absence, and other relevant modules Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training Required1o+ years of Information Technology experience 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – OTL and Absence module Hands-on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for Europe Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies Preferred 8+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Candidate should be proficient in all the OTL and Absence Processes Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to OTL and Absence and other modules Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
