Role Responsibilities: ● To ensure the robots meet customer requirements through in-field validation and operation ● To collect data from field tests, document robot performance, and identify areas for improvement ● To collect customer feedback on robot functionality and performance, communicating insights back to the team ● To work closely with the research and development team to ensure the successful integration of feedback and technical solutions Skills you will need: Essential: ● A degree or HND in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar ● Proven experience in test planning, execution, and data analysis of agricultural or off-highway vehicles or robotic equipment ● Experience in instrumentation, data acquisition, and troubleshooting ● Knowledge and understanding of the agricultural sector ● Organised with a high level of attention to detail ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● A relationship builder, able to forge strong business relations with a variety of audiences ● An adaptable, problem-solver ● A motivated and driven individual with an appetite to work outdoors in varying weather conditions ● A desire for personal progression and development ● A clean UK driving licence, willing to travel in the UK and abroad when required Desirable: ● Experience with autosteer systems, field robots, rover or drone operations, or autonomous vehicles ● Knowledge of drone photogrammetry, computer vision, and electronic system integration ● Pilot drone licence Remuneration: A competitive salary and company benefit package commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, with the potential for company stock options
