Location: GLOUCESTER
Onsite role
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30 pm
Salary: £neg < £45k

Commercial Account Executive – Key responsibilities (but not limited to)
Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries, needs, and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand business objectives and provide value-added solutions.
    Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing products or services.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    Account Growth and Upselling:
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
  • Develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
    Requirements:
  • Strong B2B or Commercial sales experience. we will consider someone with 2 years or more personal lines or commercial insurance experience (Training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • GCSE including Maths (4/C)
  • Previous sales experience
