Account Executive – SaaS Sales

Fully remote

£40,000 OTE £75,000

Hate the idea of cold calling, but love the idea of warm leads?

Our client is looking for a results focused Account Executive to join their fast-growing SaaS company. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will take qualified inbound leads and turn them into closed deals.

You will be expected to take ownership, initiating discovery calls, delivering demos, handling objections, and confidently closing. With 80% of your pipeline already warm, this is a role for someone who knows how to capitalise on opportunity, stay structured, and push deals over the line.

The Role:

Manage the entire sales process from first contact through to close
Work with a steady stream of warm leads from marketing and inbound sources
Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and decision drivers
Deliver persuasive, solution-focused product demonstrations (virtual and in person)
Build and present tailored proposals to stakeholders across a range of industries
Negotiate commercial terms with confidence and clarity
Handle objections, follow up professionally, and keep momentum in your pipeline
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting and deal tracking
Collaborate with marketing, onboarding and customer success to ensure smooth handover 

The candidate:

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a tech-led environment
Confident managing deals end-to-end without handholding
Strong demonstrator—able to tailor product walkthroughs to prospect needs
A natural closer who’s calm under pressure and commercially sharp
High personal standards, a strong work ethic, and a drive to outperform targets
Organised, structured, and consistent with pipeline management
Creative thinker—able to solve problems and unlock opportunity
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a performance-driven team 

In return:

£40,000
Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £80k)
