As an Account Manager, you will:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Handle customer enquiries, quotes, and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service.
Schedule outbound calls and appointments to support business development and maintain accurate CRM records.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor customer feedback and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to drive continuous improvement.
The Account Manager will be able to demonstrate:

Proven experience in sales or account management within B2B or B2C environments.
Confident in selling through phone and virtual meetings, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Commercially astute, able to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
