Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payables/Receivables Supervisor to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the accounts payables/receivables department.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  3. Supervise a team of payables/receivables professionals, providing guidance and support.
  4. Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  5. Generate financial reports for management review.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an accounts payables/receivables supervisor or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
