My award-winning client are based in the heart of the Cotswolds and seeking an Office Administrator to join their fun and lively team. You will be part of a small, but dedicated team, aiding with business support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills, to join a busy team environment, who offer a fun and lively working environment with training, social events welcome dogs in the offices too!

Responsibilities:

Answering the phones and dealing with enquiries
Accurately sending documentation to clients
Ensuring stationary and office brochures are fully stocked
Ensuring all documentation is scanned and filled correctly
Updating spreadsheets, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Speaking with clients over the phone, ensuring there are no outstanding documents
Updating platforms and responding to client reviews

Key Skills:
Must have impeccable communication skills - both written and verbal
The ability to build strong rapport
Confident telephone manner
Must be a self starter and be able to use initiative
1 years previous commercial office experience would be advantageous
Must be a team player and be willing to support the team where necessary

Benefits
31.5 hour working week (9.30am -5.00pm Monday – Thursdays, 9.30am-4.00pm Fridays)
20 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays
Free lunch on Fridays
3% employer pension contribution (after successful completion of probation period)
