My award-winning client are based in the heart of the Cotswolds and seeking an Office Administrator to join their fun and lively team. You will be part of a small, but dedicated team, aiding with business support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills, to join a busy team environment, who offer a fun and lively working environment with training, social events welcome dogs in the offices too!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phones and dealing with enquiries

  • Accurately sending documentation to clients

  • Ensuring stationary and office brochures are fully stocked

  • Ensuring all documentation is scanned and filled correctly

  • Updating spreadsheets, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date

  • Speaking with clients over the phone, ensuring there are no outstanding documents

  • Updating platforms and responding to client reviews

    Key Skills:

  • Must have impeccable communication skills - both written and verbal

  • The ability to build strong rapport

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Must be a self starter and be able to use initiative

  • 1 years previous commercial office experience would be advantageous

  • Must be a team player and be willing to support the team where necessary

    Benefits

  • 31.5 hour working week (9.30am -5.00pm Monday – Thursdays, 9.30am-4.00pm Fridays)

  • 20 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays

  • Free lunch on Fridays
